Suryanamaskaram or Arunam  is part of Krishna Yajurveda. It has mantras for many deities like Surya, Agni, Varuna, Indra etc.It is predominantly for  Sun worship. Reciting the Surya Namaskaram after proper Adhyayana under Guru.
