Dear Donors
In view of the recent changes and stringent regulations brought in by the Government of India on the FCRA Act, we wish to request all the NRI Donors to consult us well in advance for the Account Details for any Donations. Our Old FCRA Accounts have been asked to be scrapped and a new account was asked to be opened by the Govt. in SBI, New Delhi Branch in lines with the recent norms.
We have completed the process and have a new FCRA account now. All Donations from Foreign Donors need to be coming in only in that Account. We will be penalized if Donations are received to any other account apart from the one defined by the Govt.
Hence we request all the donors to consult us for the Account details and transfer the amount only to that account.
